7/2020/2030 – Mr Martin Bowker has submitted an application to demolish an
unsafe structure to the front of the property and replace with a slightly
larger structure at Lane End, Portinscale, Keswick, CA12 5RH.

7/2020/2043 – Mr and Mrs Williamson have applied for permission for
alterations and extensions to the dwelling (revised scheme following
approval of re 7/2018/2140) at Trusmadoor, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, CA12 4QG.
7/2020/2287 – Mr Laurence Barwick-Smith, 1 Butts Meadow, Bassenthwaite,
Keswick, CA12 4QL has applied for permission to replace the existing
treatment plant with a sewage pumping station. Installation of 600m of
rising main from new sewage pumping station to connect to United Utilities
manhole.

amendments at 18-20 Lake Road, Keswick, CA12 5BX.
7/2020/2078 – Ms Rebecca Dooley has submitted an Advertisement Consent
Application to change decals on the first floor windows at 35 Main Street,
Keswick, CA12 5BL following the withdrawal of planning application
7/2019/2295.
