(7/2020/2212): Mr and Mrs Thompson, 38 Lakeland Park, Keswick, CA12 4AT have applied for permission for a proposed new pitched roof over the existing flat roof, with a rear single storey bedroom extension and new front porch.
(T/2020/0125): Mr Jim Hall, 13 Fenton, Keswick, CA12 4AZ has submitted a tree preservation order application to lift the crown by 1-2 metres and thin by no more than 30 per cent a beech tree, to reduce pressure on the stem during high winds.
