(7/2020/2216): Mr Edward Beard has submitted a notification of intention (agricultural, Q6g) for a temporary agricultural building in a field at Lanthwaite Gate Farm, Buttermere, Cockermouth, CA13 9UY.
Embleton and district
(7/2020/2227): Mr K Gollogly, Beckbank Farm, Wythop Mill, Embleton, CA13 9YP has submitted and S73 amendment to the design of the building elevation – plot one, condition 2 (plans) on planning permission ref 7/2015/2040): for two local needs dwelling houses on the site of domestic outbuildings.
Keswick
(7/2020/2220): Christopher Greener has applied to make non-material amendments to planning approval 7/2020/2075 (proposed ground floor extension, first floor side extension, loft conversion, façade alterations and all associated works, following refusal of 7/2019/2291) to use seamed GRP instead of seamed metal maintaining RAL 7016 colour at Manor Crest, Manor Brow, Keswick, CA12 4AW.
