Keswick’s two filling stations are this morning warning drivers they have run out of diesel.
Spar, which runs the forecourts on Penrith Road and High Hill – the only two places in the town to fill up – had signs in place this morning.
At Penrith Road, notices have been put up to warn of “no diesel” with a number of the pumps out of use, and it an identical story at High Hill.
Spar staff declined to comment further although a delivery is hopefully expected.
