The lease of a popular Keswick cafe is up for grabs as its proprietor plans her retirement.
Laura Johnson is planning her retirement from Main Street café Laura in The Lakes.
The well-known daytime café and takeaway shop on Main Street has built a strong reputation over the last 11 years in the town. It is available for a new tenant to take over the reins, and is being marketed by commercial real estate specialists Colliers.
The café, which has indoor seating for 16, and al fresco dining for 24, is in a prime trading position off the market square. The seven-year remaining leasehold is being sold for offers around £125,000.
