Keswick Rugby Club second team travelled to Penrith last Saturday to take on a relaunched Vagabonds (third) team and ran out 24-0 winners.
Scorers were Ally Hewett-Smith, Brett Quail, Chris Fidoe and Danny Price and two conversions for Steve Holloway.
The game could best be described as an old fashioned “mud fest”, with the pitch rapidly degenerating into that of a ploughed field.
