The road was closed between Lorton and Braithwaite following a collision.
Police and emergency services reported they were on the scene at around 2pm yesterday, Saturday, March 26, dealing with the incident and said the road was likely to be closed for some time.
Drivers were urged to avoid the area. No update has been provided this morning.
