BRADLEY. — Peter George. Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Wednesday, 18th January, 2023, Peter (retired Police Inspector, Cumbria Police), beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved dad of Martin and the late Steven, loving G’da of Jade and Sam, dear father-in-law of Donna and a good friend to many. Aged 84 years. Funeral service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium, on Tuesday, 7th February, at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers will be given to Alzheimer’s Society. CAMMACK. — Stephen. Died suddenly, but peacefully, on 9th January 2023, aged 45 years, during a beautiful wild walk, and after a year of adventures and living life to the fullest. A deeply adored and missed husband of Ellen, treasured son of George and Ann, much loved brother of Clare, Judith and the late Amina, cherished uncle to Jess, Talulah, Fabian, Lola and Eva, dear son-in-law of Eric and Joyce, devoted ‘dog-dad’ of Woody and Nacho, and friend to many. The family wishes to thank the following for their efforts: the Great North Air Ambulance Service, Northumbria Police and Paramedics, and the wonderful people who came to our aid. Funeral service will take place at Eden Valley Crematorium, Temple Sowerby, on Friday, 3rd February, at 12-30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the British Heart Foundation and/or Great North Air Ambulance Service, c/o F. & W. Green Funeral Directors, Keswick.

HARPER. — Peacefully, at Kingston Court Nursing Home, Carlisle, on Wednesday, 18th January, Stan, of Penrith (formerly of Keswick) loving husband of Grace, dearly loved dad of John and Paul, a much loved father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Aged 85 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium, on Monday, 6th February, at 11am. Family flowers only but, if desired, donations for Blood Bikes Cumbria may be left at the service or sent c/o Richardsons Funeral Directors, Victoria Road, Penrith, CA11 8HR.
