Bye Bye Baby

Keswick Cricket Club stages its annual fundraising event at The Theatre by the Lake with a show Bye Bye Baby that is guaranteed to hit the audience for six.

The feel-good Frankie Valli concert is to be held on Saturday, October 5 (7.30pm).

Proceeds from the show will go to the ongoing development of junior cricket and the recently formed women and girls’ squad at the community-based club.

The performance is a tribute to the musical phenomenon that is the Jersey Boys and the timeless, iconic music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.

There will be four-part harmonies, roof raising falsetto and energetic and stylish choreography, all backed by a talented four-piece band.

The show is in its fifth year of touring and has been performed at more than 400 theatres across the UK and abroad.

More than 30 of Valli’s greatest hits are performed including Sherry, December ’63 (Oh What a Night), Walk Like a Man, Can’t Take my Eyes off You, Let’s Hang On and many more.

Frankie Valli is an American singer who became renowned for his distinctive falsetto and as the lead singer of the Four Seasons. The group had a wave of major hits in the 1960s including My Eyes Adored You, while also staging a comeback during the following decade. Valli forged a solo career as well with singles like Grease from the movie of the same name.
