A criminal behaviour order has been secured by the Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team to prevent a man being drunk and incapable in Keswick or Cockermouth.
The order has been made against Christopher McKenzie, aged 38, of no fixed address, for two years.
He must comply with not being drunk and incapable in Keswick, Cockermouth or Working-ton.
The order follows McKenzie being sentenced to 16 weeks in custody for stalking without fear/alarm/distress and two counts of common assault.
The punishment for breaking the terms of the order can be up to five years in prison.
A police spokesperson said: “We would encourage anyone who witnesses the terms of such a court order being broken to contact the police immediately.”
