Crews from Keswick and Penrith fire stations tackled a static caravan blaze in Threlkeld.
They were called at about 10.30am on Friday and the caravan was well alight on arrival.
Crews were on the scene for around two-and-a-half hours and extinguished the fire.
At around 3pm that afternoon, Keswick firefighters attended Whinlatter Forest visitors centre where a car had gone off the road.
No one was injured and crews made the scene safe, standing by while the car was recovered. They were there for about three-and-a-half hours.
