Staff are being brought in from Merseyside and other Wetherspoon pubs in Cumbria to help with staffing at the Chief Justice of the Common Pleas.
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon said: “Our Keswick pub sees an increase in customers in the summer months from visitors to the Lake District using the town.
“To meet this additional demand, we are temporarily using employees from other Wetherspoon pubs in Cumbria as well as Merseyside for whom we provide accommodation locally.”
