Volunteers are being urged to help with some ‘balsam bashing’ in Keswick this week.
The invasive non-native Himalayan Balsam has been spotted alongside a path near Keswick Rugby Club and Ann Martin has organised sessions for people to help pull it up.
If people want to help, they can meet on the road by Keswick Rugby Club today at 4pm or tomorrow at 11am.
People are asked to bring gardening gloves.
