A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash at Honister Pass.
Police were called at 11.24am after a woman came off her bicycle on the B5289, between the Seathwaite turn-off and the Keswick turn-off.
The woman, 26, of London, suffered suspected facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The extent of the woman’s injuries was not revealed by Cumbria Constabulary.
Motorists were asked to avoid the area as emergency services dealt with the incident.
