A Lake District hotel has produced its version of Home Alone to help promote its reopening after lockdown.
Armathwaite Hall filmed Hall Alone, featuring general manager Simon Steele recreating scenes from the 1990 family Christmas favourite, which stars Macauly Culkin as eight-year-old Kevin, accidently left at home by his family.
Simon sleds down the stairs of the hotel on a tray, jumps on a bed and splashes cologne on his face during the video, which has proved very popular on social media platform Facebook and been shared more than 1,000 times.
