A Keswick wedding photographer has been named among the best in the wedding business by a leading industry publication.
Hitched launched its inaugural awards to celebrate the businesses that go above and beyond for their couples.
More than 16,000 venues and suppliers participated in the international Hitched Wedding Awards and its winners are chosen based on nearly eight million opinions from couples who use Hitched and their international counterparts to help plan their weddings.
Emily Santoro, based in Keswick, was among four Cumbrian photographers named as North West winners. Five venues in Cumbria were also handed accolades.
The awards highlight the wedding businesses that provide exceptional quality of work and customer service and the Cumbrian winners are among 86 named in the North West recognised in the list of the UK’s most recommended wedding vendors, as chosen by married couples.
The Wedding Awards’ 16 categories are: Wedding Venues, Catering, Wedding Music & DJs, Wedding Photographers, Wedding Planners, Beauty, Hair & Make-up, Decoration Hire, Groom Attire, Wedding Stationery, Wedding Favours, Wedding Entertainment, Wedding Cakes, Bridal Shops & Jewellery, Wedding Cars & Travel and Honeymoons.
In Cumbria, Hitched named five winners in the wedding venues category and four winners in the photographers category.
