People who have been affected by flooding in Borrowdale are invited to a drop-in session on Friday.
Cumbria County Council and the Environment Agency are holding the event, in response to the flash floods last month, which caused road closures, damage, and a nearly four-inch rise in river levels.
The organisations want to gather data to understand how flash flooding affected properties and land.
Those affected by the floods are welcome to attend the flood drop-in event on Friday any time from 9am and 8pm at The Borrrowdale Institute.
Cllr Keith Little, Cumbria County Council’s cabinet member for highways and transport, said: “The recent flash flooding in Borrowdale affected the entire community and also disrupted the highway network.
“In order to gather as much data as possible, I would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend this drop-in session.
“I want to reassure the community that we are doing everything in our power to understand what has happened, with the aim to resolve it.”
